Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 3+ years medical office or outpatient facility in customer service capacity using medical terminology.
• Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) through the NAHAM is required within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Schedules patients from a variety of sources and maintains schedules. Scheduling may involve MD scheduling changes, setup and validation, requiring conversations with physicians, clinical staff and patients to ensure optimal scheduling, productivity and patient satisfaction.
