Qualifications

• Three years clinical/outpatient experience minimum
• Epic experience preferred; strong scheduling skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cardiac procedures with pre-operative testing for HVC outpatient practice
• Serve as liaison between referring physicians, patients and in-house staff for scheduling and intake information
• Document and retrieve patient information for electronic scheduling using Epic; triage patient calls
• Follow protocols; coordinate with lab schedules and physicians to meet patient needs
• Provide general clerical support to ensure accurate, prompt scheduling
