The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and analytical, with hands‑on experience in PPC/SEM and social advertising, plus strong analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics) and data visualization tools (Google Data Studio).
• Collaborative team player who adapts quickly in fast‑paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in digital marketing, focusing on paid advertising (PPC/SEM/social ads).
• Hands‑on campaign management on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Proficient with analytics/reporting tools (GA, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok and other channels.
• Develop/test ad creatives and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
• Monitor performance daily and apply optimizations to improve conversions and efficiency.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with creative/content/product teams to align marketing goals.
• Analyze and report campaign performance using analytics dashboards.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and platform updates.
• Manage budgets effectively while achieving targets.
• Ensure campaigns comply with brand guidelines and marketing strategy.
