Starcom Melbourne is seeking a Senior Analyst for Paid Social to manage campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok. The role emphasizes hands-on execution, QA, and optimization with a data-driven approach, collaborating across teams to deliver performance for key clients.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of paid social experience, strong platform knowledge, and excellent communication. Thrive in a fast-paced media environment with a focus on accuracy and impact.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on paid social campaign management experience.
• Experience building campaigns directly within Meta Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, and/or TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong expertise in at least one core platform (Meta, Snapchat, or TikTok) with working proficiency on others.
• Proven ability to independently execute campaign setup, trafficking, QA, optimizations, pacing, and troubleshooting.
• Advanced organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and related collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to QA excellence.

Responsibilities

• Independently build, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Create and QA campaigns, ad sets, audiences, pixels, and creatives within platforms.
• Validate setup, tracking, naming conventions, and audience targeting before launch.
• Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, creative, and platform issues before escalation.
• Maintain platform expertise and stay informed on new features and updates.
• Maintain timely communication through Outlook, Teams, and other channels.
• Manage multiple deadlines, launches, reporting, and client requests simultaneously.
• Proactively communicate risks, blockers, and pacing concerns.
• Demonstrate meeting prep, documentation, and follow-through on actions.
