Job summary

Inspire Communities seeks a Marketing Specialist: Social Media & Performance to own the paid social program, focusing on Meta platforms like Facebook and Instagram. You will create campaigns, audiences, and content concepts, then monitor, test, and optimize to boost qualified leads and ROAS.

The role requires hands-on advertising management, collaboration with the Marketing team, and proactive reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram).
• Ability to build audiences and ad sets based on geography and demographics.
• Proven track record in driving qualified leads and ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day strategy, creation, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns.
• Build and optimize campaigns and ad sets across Meta platforms.
• Develop paid social audiences and creative concepts to improve performance.
• Monitor spend and performance; implement testing roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Marketing and HubSpot teams to track traffic and conversions.
