Pearson is seeking a detail-oriented Specialist, Performance Marketing to drive education product adoption through paid search campaigns. You will manage execution, optimization, and reporting while collaborating with internal teams and agency partners to meet enrollment goals.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, campaign performance analysis, and ongoing optimization across multiple markets with a focus on improving enrollment outcomes.

Formación

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing Paid Search (SEM) campaigns.
• In-depth experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Experience with SA360 is preferred.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance data and making optimization recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and performance reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
• Implement updates, ad copy changes, targeting adjustments, and budgets.
• Monitor performance daily and identify trends and opportunities.
• Conduct keyword research, search query analysis, and competitive monitoring.
• Support launches and enrollment-season initiatives across markets.
• Ensure correct settings, budgets, and targeting configurations.
