Pearson is seeking a detail-oriented Specialist, Performance Marketing to support paid search campaigns driving education product adoption and new student enrollment. You will execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across multiple markets, reporting results to stakeholders.

The role reports to the Principal, Performance Marketing and emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with internal teams, and continuous optimization of CPE and enrollment metrics.

Competenze

• 3–6 years of hands-on paid search (SEM) campaign management.
• In-depth experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with SA360 bidding platform preferred.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance and optimization.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and performance reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Campaign Execution & Management: Support the execution and ongoing management of paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
• Optimization & Testing: Assist in testing initiatives across ad copy, bidding strategies, audiences, landing pages, and structures.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare recurring reports, analyze performance, and communicate insights to the team.
• Agency & Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with agency partners and cross-functional teams to implement updates and optimizations.
