Job summary

Formlabs is hiring a Manager, Google Ads to lead global paid acquisition across the Google ecosystem (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display). You will run campaigns day-to-day, manage budgets, and optimize spend to hit efficiency targets.

This IC role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll forecast budgets, work with Analytics on measurement and attribution, test new tactics, and drive scalable growth for 3D printing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance/growth marketing with a track record of measurable results managing large budgets.
• Deep hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in Google Shopping Ads.
• Strong analytical chops—you use data to decide, measure, and prioritize.
• Solid grasp of attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization.
• Use AI tools fluently in your daily work, held to the same quality bar as your own.
• Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership.
• Comfort building forecasts, managing budgets, and explaining business impact to senior stakeholders.
• Help us build an inclusive community that will change the face of 3D printing.

Responsibilities

• Run campaigns day-to-day, manage budgets, and make the spend work harder.
• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display).
• Own channel budgets and forecasts; manage to CAC, ROAS, and efficiency targets.
• Allocate spend across markets, channels, and audiences to balance growth and efficiency.
• Work with Analytics on measurement, incrementally, and attribution—and turn the results into action.
• Constantly test new hypotheses, tactics, and partnerships that unlock scalable growth.
