Job summary

Formlabs, a leader in 3D printing based in Somerville, MA, seeks a Senior Manager for Global Amazon Marketplace. You will own the Amazon P&L, define strategy across US, Europe and beyond, and manage catalog, advertising, pricing, and inventory with cross-functional partners.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to scale on a premium hardware marketplace while navigating multi-currency and regulatory requirements. This is a high-ownership IC role with global impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing Amazon marketplaces at scale, multi-geography or global scope.
• Proven ownership of a channel P&L with profitable growth.
• Deep expertise in Seller Central and/or Vendor Central, Amazon Advertising, Brand Registry.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Amazon P&L across active marketplaces (US, CA, MX, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, JP, AU, others).
• Set and execute multi-year marketplace strategy and geos onboarding.
• Own catalog, listings, visuals, and localization with creative/product partners.
• Lead Amazon Advertising strategy (Sponsored, Brands, Display, DSP).
• Manage pricing, promotions, and deal calendars to protect brand equity.
• Collaborate with operations on FBA/FBM, forecasting, and cross-border fulfillment.
• Define measurement framework and report performance to leadership.
• Drive cross-functional programs to launch new products and maintain brand-wide consistency.
