Formlabs is looking for a Manager, Performance Marketing, to drive our global paid acquisition strategies. In this role, you will manage and optimize campaigns across Google, overseeing budgets and decisions driven by data to achieve significant results.

Desired candidates will have 3+ years of performance marketing experience and a proven ability to manage substantial Google Ads budgets. This role offers a compensation range of $100,000—$130,000 USD.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance/growth marketing with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google.
• Own channel budgets and manage to CAC, ROAS, and efficiency targets.
• Work with Analytics on measurement, incrementality, and attribution.
