Qualifications

• 5+ years managing paid digital advertising campaigns at scale.
• Demonstrated track record of improving measurable business results through paid acquisition (revenue growth, CAC reduction, ROAS).
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and Meta campaigns.
• Experience setting up tracking (GA4, GTM) and analyzing funnel metrics.
• Proven ability to design and analyze structured experiments and landing page optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; remote-work discipline and documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Set up tracking, optimize targeting, launch experiments, analyze results, and make data-backed recommendations.
• Manage daily paid media execution across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, TikTok).
• Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and adjust budgets to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to improve customer acquisition and funnel performance.
• Document experiment results with hypotheses, results, insights, and business impact.
