3+ years in performance marketing, strong analytics, and hands-on Google Shopping Ads experience are required. The role emphasizes strategic and operational work in a fast-moving, ownership-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance/growth marketing with a track record of measurable results managing large budgets.
• Deep hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in Google Shopping Ads.
• Strong analytical chops—you use data to decide, measure, and prioritize.
• Comfort building forecasts, managing budgets, and explaining business impact to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display).
• Own channel budgets and forecasts; manage to CAC, ROAS, and efficiency targets.
• Allocate spend across markets, channels, and audiences to balance growth and efficiency.
• Work with Analytics on measurement, incrementality, and attribution—and turn results into action.
• Constantly test new hypotheses, tactics, and partnerships that unlock scalable growth.
