The ideal candidate will have hands-on platform expertise, strong analytical skills, and a track record of driving measurable results while coordinating with agencies, creatives, and analytics

Qualifications

• 4–8 years hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Direct experience running SEM, paid social, and programmatic campaigns.
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Launch and optimize paid marketing campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels.
• Monitor performance in real time with data-driven optimizations.
• Collaborate with external media agencies to ensure quality and alignment with goals.
• Work with creative teams to ensure on-brand, effective ad assets.
• Validate performance data and surface actionable insights with analytics tools.
