Job summary

Neighbor is hiring a Head of Performance Marketing to own paid acquisition across our marketplace and scale revenue at efficient returns. This is a hands-on, player-coach role leading three paid performance leads and partnering with the VP of Marketing.

You'll own budgets by channel, set ROAS targets, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Data, Creative, and Product to optimize attribution and incrementality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on performance marketing experience at high-growth DTC brand or agency.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition performance end-to-end across renter/host demand with ROAS and revenue targets.
• Steer accounts: architecture, audiences, bidding, budgets, optimizations.
• Set channel strategy across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms; scale winners.
• Partner with Creative for high-velocity testing and direct-response briefs.
• Collaborate with Data and product teams on attribution, landing pages, and tests.
• Launch and scale offline channels and build testing roadmaps for new channels.
• Own paid P&L, budgets by channel, forecasts, OKRs, and quarterly planning.
• Lead three paid performance leads and ensure measurable results.
