Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Performance Consultant II to build and maintain relationships with OEM corporate and field teams and dealership clients. You will deliver consultative recommendations to increase product utilization and retention, with a strong emphasis on data-driven insights and quarterly KPI reviews.

Expect 75% travel, including overnight trips, and remote work when not traveling. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in OEM dealer groups or related roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years experience with OEM dealer groups or industry vendors.
• Flexibility to travel up to 75% and work remotely when not traveling.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with OEM corporate/field teams and dealerships to drive retention and usage.
• Provide consultative recommendations and actionable insights to increase product utilization.
• Conduct monthly KPI reviews and post-implementation CRM support for enterprise accounts.
• Deliver on-site consultations and virtual support per OEM program objectives.
• Prepare and present ongoing best practices workshops to internal teams quarterly.
• Serve as escalation point for high churn risk accounts and drive remediation.
• Travel approximately 75% (in market and overnight) with remote work when not traveling.
