Job summary

Hawthorne Health, Inc. is expanding its Home Network and seeks dual-credentialed Cardiac and Vascular Sonographers to perform in-home imaging visits on a per-visit basis. Travel regionally or across state lines is required, with travel expenses reimbursed per visit.

Role is per diem, independent contractor, and involves ASE-guideline-compliant echocardiograms and vascular studies, equipment setup, and accurate reporting. AI tools may support the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Active registration in both cardiac and vascular imaging (e.g., RDCS or RCS + RVT or RVS via ARDMS/CCI).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel regionally.
• Access to PC and reliable internet; tech-savvy with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Travel locally or regionally to patient homes to perform echocardiograms and vascular imaging per protocol.
• Transport and set up portable ultrasound equipment.
• Explain procedures and obtain informed cooperation from participants.
