Job summary

Hawthorne Health is expanding its Home Network and seeks dual-credentialed Cardiac and Vascular Sonographers to perform in-home imaging visits across the United States. This is a per diem, independent contractor role with travel to patient homes and reimbursement for eligible travel expenses.

Qualifications

• Active registration in cardiac and vascular imaging (RDCS/RCS and RVT/RVS) is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel regionally.
• Access to a personal computer and reliable internet; comfortable with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes regionally to conduct echocardiograms and vascular imaging.
• Set up portable ultrasound equipment and explain procedures to participants.
• Ensure image quality and proper labeling for cardiology review.
