Job summary

Hawthorne Health, Inc. is expanding its Home Network and seeks dual-credentialed Cardiac and Vascular Sonographers to perform in-home imaging visits across the United States.

This is a per diem, 1099 independent contractor role with pay per visit and travel expenses reimbursed. You will travel regionally to patient homes, set up portable ultrasound equipment, perform echocardiograms and vascular studies per protocol, and provide preliminary reports.

Qualifications

• Active registration in cardiac and vascular imaging required (e.g. RDCS or RVT/RVS through ARDMS or CCI).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel locally/regionally.
• Access to a personal computer and reliable internet; tech-savvy with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Travel locally or across state lines to patient homes for imaging visits.
• Transport and set up portable ultrasound equipment.
• Explain procedures and obtain informed cooperation from participants.
• Perform echocardiograms and vascular imaging per protocol.
• Prepare preliminary reports with measurements and sonographer comments.
