Job summary

Hawthorne Health, Inc. is expanding its Home Network and seeks dual-credentialed Cardiac and Vascular Sonographers to perform in-home visits on a per-visit basis.

You will travel regionally to patient homes, set up portable ultrasound, perform echocardiograms and vascular imaging, and prepare preliminary reports. Independent contractor role with per-visit compensation and travel reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Active registration in both cardiac and vascular imaging (RDCS/RCS + RVT/RVS).
• BLS certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willing to travel locally/regionally.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes for in-home cardiac and vascular imaging visits.
• Transport, set up portable ultrasound equipment, and perform studies per protocol.
• Explain procedures and obtain informed cooperation from participants.
• Prepare preliminary reports with measurements and notes.
