Qualifications

• Active NJ RN license.
• Minimum 1 year floor nursing experience in SNF/long-term care.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Supervises delivery of resident care by licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Reviews documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participates in on-call process as needed.
• Conducts rounds to monitor staffing and care quality.
• Directs training and orientation of new staff.
• Leads investigations of injuries or incidents and coaching as needed.
• May fill in as licensed nurse on floor during shifts.
• May participate in clinical on-call.
