Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.

• Experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living or hospital.

Responsibilities

• Supervise resident care delivered by licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Review and adjust nursing staffing to meet resident needs and PPD.
• Assist in resolving resident/family concerns and clinical changes.
• Review medical records for admissions, incidents, and condition changes.
• Lead investigations into injuries, medication errors, or abuse.
