Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, New Jersey is seeking a Per Diem RN Supervisor to join an amazing team and support resident care across Continuing Care.

You will supervise licensed and non-licensed staff, ensure shift staffing, review medical records, and participate in on-call coverage. RN license, CPR, and at least 1 year of floor nurse experience are required, with per diem hours and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 1 year of floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or similar settings.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervises delivery of resident care provided by licensed and non-licensed staff on shift.
• Reviews documentation in medical records to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Manages nursing staffing across neighborhoods to meet workload and care standards.
• Participates in on-call coverage and handles on-call issues as needed.
• Leads training, coaching, and orientation for new nursing staff.
• Responds to emergencies and conducts investigations as required.
