Qualifikationen

• Current CPR certification required.

• Walk rounds in Continuing Care to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Review and adjust nursing staffing to meet resident needs and ratios.
• Support supervision and orientation of new nursing staff.
• Lead investigations for injuries, medication errors, or abuse as needed.
• Complete supervisory reports and assist on-call nursing coverage.
