Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Per Diem RN Supervisor to join a dedicated team in Continuing Care. The role involves supervising care delivery, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance, and assisting with on-call duties.

Requirements include NJ RN licensure, CPR, and at least 1 year of floor nursing experience; supervisory experience is a plus. Compensation ranges from $50 to $55 per hour, based on experience.

Formación

• RN license required to practice in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 1 year floor nurse experience in skilled nursing or related settings.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with standard computer systems and EMR is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise delivery of resident care by licensed and non-licensed staff in Continuing Care.
• Monitor staffing on all neighborhoods to meet care standards and schedules.
• Review medical records for compliance and accuracy, including admissions and incident follow-up.
• Participate in on-call coverage and lead staff during emergencies as needed.
