Qualifications

• Must hold RN license in the state.

Responsibilities

• Oversees delivery of resident care by licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Manages staffing to meet patient care needs and regulatory standards.
• Reviews medical records to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Participates in on-call process and responds to emergencies as needed.
• Provides coaching and supervision to nursing staff and orientates new hires.
