Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a Per Diem RN Supervisor to lead nursing teams across Continuing Care settings including skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living and memory care.

The role supervises care delivery, reviews documentation for regulatory compliance, and participates in on-call processes as required. Active RN license and CPR are required, with prior supervisory experience preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active RN license in the state
• Experience with Microsoft Office and web applications
• EMR experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of floor nurse experience in skilled nursing/long-term care/hospital
• Prior supervisory experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform walking rounds through Continuing Care neighborhoods to ensure high-quality resident care
• Review and adjust nursing staffing to meet patient needs and established staffing levels
• Review resident medical records to ensure admission paperwork, incident follow-up and condition changes are documented
• Consult on-call providers as needed and participate in on-call process
• Coach and orient new nursing staff and lead investigations into injuries or abuse as needed
• Complete supervisory reports and direct nursing staff in emergencies
• May fill in as a licensed nurse on the floor during shifts as needed
