Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, is seeking a Per Diem RN Supervisor to oversee resident care across Continuing Care units. The role requires leadership, on-call participation, and ensuring care standards on shift.

Compensation ranges from $50 to $55 per hour based on experience. Ideal candidate will have RN licensure in NJ, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of floor nursing experience in skilled nursing, LTC, AL, or hospital settings.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse; CPR certification required.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or hospital.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care delivered by licensed and non-licensed staff in Continuing Care.
• Review nursing documentation to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Monitor staffing to meet patient care needs and required staffing metrics.
• Participate in on-call process and address resident/family concerns.
• Provide coaching, orientation, and training to nursing staff.
