The role requires supervising licensed and non-licensed staff, ensuring compliance with nursing standards, and coordinating with on-call providers as needed.

The ideal candidate has an active NJ RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of floor nursing or supervisory experience in a related setting.

Qualifications

Must be a licensed RN in New Jersey.
Minimum 1 year of floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, LTC, assisted living or hospital.
Current CPR certification required.
Prior supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervises resident care delivery by licensed and non-licensed staff in Continuing Care.
Reviews documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and Erickson policies.
Performs walking rounds to monitor staffing and care quality across neighborhoods.
Provides coaching, training, and guidance to nursing staff and participates in on-call process.
Leads investigations of incidents and supports emergency response when needed.
