Responsibilities

• Verifies insurance and demographic information; assists with education on resources.
• Facilitates patient care coordination between services.
• Welcomes and collects patient information for new and existing patients; maintains medical records.
• Manages incoming calls and department inquiries; routes as needed.
• Schedules and confirms appointments; promotes patient portal enrollment.
• Distributes mail and faxes; educates patients on form completion.
