Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Pleasant Hill, MO and surrounding areas. You will provide direct patient care, assessment, planning, and education for home infusion therapies, collaborating with the care team.

The role requires travel within the service area, strong IV access skills, and a commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with home infusion environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Kansas and Missouri in good standing.
• BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred.
• Experience with peripheral IV insertion and port access (PACs/Port-a-Caths).
• Willingness to travel within the service area as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care for infusion patients and educate patient/care partners.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with the care team.
• Coordinate care using approved platforms and document encounters.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation for continuous support.
• Travel within service area to patient locations as needed.
