S Soleo Health Inc. is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Gladstone, MO area. Responsibilities include direct patient care, care planning, and education for home infusion therapy, with travel within the service area and on-call rotation.

The role requires an active RN license in KS/MO, 3+ years clinical nursing with infusion experience preferred, and proficiency in IV access devices. Flexible schedule and mileage reimbursement are provided.

Qualificações

• Current RN license in good standing with KS and MO Board of Nursing.
• BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, infusion therapy preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in peripheral IV (PIV) insertion with high success rate.
• Ability to access and de-access implanted ports (PACs) and troubleshoot vascular access.
• Experience with infusion therapies including biologics, immunoglobulins, and IV hydration preferred.
• Administrative oversight to monitor workflows and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office; familiarity with AlayaCare, CPR+, Insight, Concur and Paylocity.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care for assigned patients, coordinating with pharmacists, prescribers, dietitians, home care partners and community staff.
• Educate patients and care partners to safely administer home infusion therapy.
• Evaluate home environments and identify safety interventions for prescribed care.
• Develop and evaluate care plans and therapy responses with the care team.
• Manage scheduling via company platform and communicate changes promptly.
• Coordinate patient care through approved company systems and platforms.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation to provide continuous nursing support.
• Document patient encounters, communications, and care activities promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of plans of treatment (POT) and other required documents.
