Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Excelsior Springs, MO and surrounding areas. You will provide direct infusion nursing care at home or alt sites, educate patients, and coordinate care with the care team.

Responsibilities include IV access, port management, documentation, and on-call coverage. Travel within the service area is required; per diem hours are 10–20 weekly, with flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (KS/MO).
• BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3 years clinical nursing with infusion experience.
• Experience with peripheral IV (PIV) insertion and port access.
• Infusion therapies such as biologics or IV hydration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for infusion therapy in home/alternate sites.
• Educate patients and care partners on safe home infusion administration.
• Develop and evaluate plans of care with the team; document encounters timely.
• Coordinate care using approved company platforms and communicate scheduling changes.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support continuous nursing services.
