Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Odessa, MO and surrounding areas. The role requires an active RN license in KS and MO, and a BSN is preferred.

Expect 10-20 hours per week with a flexible schedule, home infusion settings, and travel within the service area. You will perform assessments, care planning, education, and documentation while coordinating with pharmacists, prescribers, and care partners.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with KS/MO Boards.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience, infusion preferred.
• Experience with peripheral IV insertion and port access.
• Infusion therapies including biologics and IV hydration.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Office; AlayaCare experience preferred.
• CRNI/IgCN certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, assessments, care planning and education.
• Initiate and maintain care coordination with the care team.
• Assess home environment and ensure safety for prescribed care.
• Develop and evaluate the plan of care with the team.
• Coordinate scheduling and document encounters per policy.
• Participate in on-call rotation for continuous nursing support.
