Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support our infusion patients in Highlands Ranch, CO and surrounding area. You will provide direct nursing care in home infusion settings and collaborate with pharmacists, prescribers, and care partners to ensure safe, effective therapy.

The role requires Colorado RN licensure, infusion experience, and flexibility to cover 8:30am-5pm with weekend/after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing; Colorado RN license preferred
• BSN degree preferred; infusion experience desired
• Emergency availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for assigned patients including initiation and maintenance of communications with care team
• Educate patient and care partner to safely administer home infusion therapy
• Evaluate home environment and identify interventions for safe care
• Develop and evaluate plan of care with team; monitor response to therapy
• Coordinate patient care via approved company platform; manage scheduling and on-call rotation
