Job summary

Soleo Health seeks a Full-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Aurora, CO and nearby areas. You will provide direct patient care, coordinate with care teams, educate patients, and ensure safe home infusion therapy under established policies.

The role requires CO RN licensure, potential BSN preference, and experience in infusion therapy or ICU/cardiac care. Regular hours Mon–Fri with occasional evenings and weekends; mileage reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with the Colorado Board of Nursing.
• RN degree; BSN from an accredited institution preferred.
• Advanced certification (CRNI/ONS/IgRN) preferred but not required.
• Administrative oversight of workflows and resources to meet objectives.
• Availability for emergencies and non-standard hours including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with care team including pharmacists and prescribers.
• Educate patients and care partners on home infusion therapy and safety.
• Assess home environment and ensure safety for prescribed care.
• Develop and evaluate care plans with the team.
• Manage scheduling through company platform and communicate changes promptly.
• Document encounters and maintain compliance with policies and state guidelines.
