Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Highlands Ranch, CO and surrounding areas. The role covers direct patient care, care planning, and education in home or alternate sites, aligned with Soleo policies.

Qualified candidates hold an active Colorado RN license, BSN preferred, and infusion experience; willingness to travel; and availability 10–20 hours weekly with a per diem schedule. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Current RN license by the state nursing board in good standing (Colorado).
• RN degree; BSN preferred.
• Advanced infusion-related certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for assigned infusion patients.
• Educate patients and care partners on home infusion therapy.
• Assess home environment for safety and appropriateness of care.
• Develop and evaluate plan of care with the team.
• Coordinate care via approved platforms and schedules.
