Soleo Health Inc. is seeking a Full-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Columbine, CO and surrounding areas. The role involves direct patient care, education, and coordination with the care team in a home infusion setting.

Must hold an RN license in Colorado with 3+ years infusion experience preferred. Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and travel within the area is required. Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Colorado in good standing.
• RN degree, BSN preferred.
• Advanced certification in specialty areas (CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required.
• Administrative Oversight: monitor workflows and ensure policy compliance.
• Emergency Availability: respond promptly to emergencies, including non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for assigned home/institutional infusion patients and coordinate with care team.
• Educate patients and care partners on safe administration of home infusion therapy.
• Assess home environments and implement safety interventions for prescribed care.
• Develop and evaluate the care plan with the team and monitor response to therapy.
• Manage schedule and communication via company platforms; participate in on-call rotation.
• Document patient encounters and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and clinical standards.
