Job summary

Atúlo Health is hiring a per diem Home Infusion RN to provide direct patient care in patients' homes across Colorado. You’ll administer IV and subcutaneous infusions, monitor during treatment, and perform ongoing assessments.

A strong clinical background and independent work style are essential. Minimum 1 year home infusion experience, active RN license in the relevant state, valid driver’s license, and current BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• BLS certification current and valid.
• Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV and subcutaneous infusions in patients' homes.
• Monitor patients during treatment and perform ongoing assessments.
• Coordinate care and document patient responses and changes.
• Work independently while collaborating with the care team.
