Aurora Medical Group (AMG) is seeking a Per diem Patient Service Representative to support specialty clinics within AMG in Milwaukee, WI.

You will handle scheduling, billing, registration and help ensure accurate medical records while delivering compassionate service to patients and families. This role offers weekday hours with no weekends or holidays and requires a HS diploma with 1–2 years of customer service experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.
