Advocate Medical Group (AMG) in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Part-time Patient Service Representative to join our ambulatory care team. You’ll support providers, connect with patients, and help ensure a seamless, compassionate experience during scheduling, registration and billing.

Responsibilities include patient services, billing data entry at time of service, and maintaining accurate medical records. Per diem shifts include early mornings and evenings, with weekend and holiday coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult callers/customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, high-quality patient services for appointments, information, bills, charges, referrals and other matters.
• Ensure entry at time of service of billing information and follow-up on missing data.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in the patient accounting system.
