Job summary

Aurora Medical Group (AMG) Batavia, part of Advocate Health, is hiring a Front End Staff to deliver courteous patient service, scheduling, registration and billing support in a busy front office.

You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, with a schedule including weekdays and every 3rd Saturday. The role emphasizes accurate billing, medical record upkeep and compassionate communication to patients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult caller/patients.

Responsibilities

• Schedules appointments and provides information on tests and procedures.
• Billing: ensures accurate entry of billing information at time of service and follows up on missing data.
• Medical Records: maintains accurate, timely medical records in the patient system.
