Job summary

Hawthorne Health, Inc. is expanding its Home Network and seeking dual-credentialed Cardiac and Vascular Sonographers to work per diem as independent contractors. You will travel regionally to patient homes to conduct in-home imaging visits, with travel expenses reimbursed per visit.

Rates are paid per visit, with scenarios including mileage, airfare, hotel accommodations, and per-visit compensation. The role requires active RDCS/RCS and RVT/RVS credentials, BLS, and reliable transportation for

Qualifications

Active registration in cardiac and vascular imaging.
BLS certification.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Access to a personal computer and internet; self sufficient with digital tools.
Ability to work independently in field settings.

Responsibilities

Travel to patient homes regionally to perform echocardiograms and vascular imaging per protocol.
Transport and set up portable ultrasound equipment.
Explain procedures and obtain informed cooperation from participant.
Ensure high-quality image acquisition and proper labeling for review.
Complete preliminary report with measurements and comments.
