Boston Medical Center is seeking an Ambulatory Services Representative II to coordinate patient access functions in an outpatient Otolaryngology clinic. You will handle registration, insurance verification, scheduling, charge entry, and billing support on a per diem basis.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality and computer skills, with day hours and no weekends. Experience with medical billing is preferred and Boston location.

Qualifikationen

• HS/GED with 3+ years relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree plus 1 year relevant experience.
• Experience with medical billing preferred.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate front end customer service, patient registration and insurance verification.
• Process charge entry, billing, and managed care tasks as needed.
• Support appointment scheduling and MPI registration to optimize daily flow.
• Handle phones, mail, forms, and other administrative duties for the department.
• Maintain calendars and credentialing documents for physicians and managers.
