Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily workflow to optimize patient access and clinic flow.
• Charge entry and billing edits, handling batch controls and TES edits.
• Registration, MPI creation, appointment scheduling, and visit management.
• Verify insurance coverage, collect co-pays, and handle front-end edits.
• Pre-authorization, referrals coordination, and reconciliation.
• Provide general admin support including word processing and reports.
