Responsibilities include processing registrations, collecting payments, and supporting patient flow while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with Epic Front Desk workflows.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• 1+ years of direct face to face customer service experience.
• 1+ years of cash handling or collections experience.
• Experience in a medical office/healthcare or service-related industry with Epic Front Desk training or related KSC roles is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to speak, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to deliver excellent customer service and uphold a caring environment.
• Process check-in/check-out on POS, collect fees and assist with payment plans as needed.
• Register new patients, verify insurance and enter demographics in Epic; share wait times with patients.
• Perform cash control for daily accounting of opening and ending cash.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the site manager.
