Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in merger integration or related fields.
• Operating experience in education sector is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams or areas within Integration Management Office (IMO).
• Drive performance improvement across strategic areas: planning, operations, back office, supply chain, IT, sales.
• Develop recommendations for clients and manage Day 1/Day 100 activities.
• Mentor teams and coordinate with client leadership.
