Sikich is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations in a healthcare/academic medical center environment. You will analyze payroll data, manage salary funding distributions, and process adjustments for grant-funded and non-grant-funded employees.

Ideal candidates have strong PeopleSoft Payroll/HCM expertise, payroll accounting knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. Collaboration with multiple departments is essential for accurate allocations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, HR or related field.
• 3+ years of payroll analysis in healthcare/academic medical center environments.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Payroll and PeopleSoft HCM.
• Experience managing salary allocations and labor distributions across multiple funding sources.
• Strong payroll accounting, reconciliation, and controls knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
