Job summary

Temple Health seeks a Sr. Business System Analyst – Payroll to act as a senior SME for PeopleSoft Payroll, analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and coordinating system customizations and upgrades.

You will support users, perform testing, and develop documentation. Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, CIS or related field; 5 years as a functional analyst with system implementations and testing; 5 years with PeopleSoft Payroll or similar; 7 years in financial systems;

Qualifications

• 5 years in a functional Business System Analyst role, including system implementation planning, testing and training.
• 5 years experience with PeopleSoft Payroll or similar payroll systems.
• 7 years experience in a field related to financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Senior SME for content, functionality, processes and procedures for PeopleSoft Payroll.
• Analyzes business needs, determines system solutions and defines detailed requirements.
• Maintains the system, upgrades PeopleSoft Payroll, and coordinates user support, testing and end-user training.
