Job summary

UCLA Health in Los Angeles seeks a Payroll Analyst to support accurate, timely payroll processing for a large healthcare workforce. You will review time and attendance, process payroll and personnel transactions, and resolve pay issues for 1,500–2,500 personnel within a department serving over 14,000 employees.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processing in a large healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with UKG Time & Attendance and UCPath.
• Knowledge of leave accruals and payroll compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review and process payroll transactions for UCLA Health cost centers.
• Perform daily UKG Time and Attendance reviews for leaves, hires, separations, and timesheet activity.
• Process transactions for separations, transfers, leaves of absence, and payroll corrections.
• Research and resolve payroll questions from employees and department partners.
• Ensure compliance with payroll policies and bargaining unit agreements.
