Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/AS in Accounting, HR, or relevant field preferred.
• 3–5 years of payroll experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Kronos and ADP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review Time and Attendance records, correct inaccuracies.
• Prepare and submit files for tax deductions, benefits and garnishments.
• Analyze compensation data including wages, bonuses and retroactive calculations.
• Prepare reconciliation reports for Payroll, GL, A/P and EPSI.
• Prepare tax filings and verify payroll accruals for month end close.
• Analyze and resolve payroll adjustment requests and communicate with requestors.
• Compile data for audits as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
